Placing an Order
It is important to provide as much information as possible on placing your order.
We will check the details on your order form and you will then be required to pay an initial deposit of 25%. We will then contact the Burial Authority on your behalf to find out the grave number and their fees if we don't already have this information.
A Specification will then be sent to you for signing and at this point, there is a request of a further payment of 50% of the order fee including the burial fee. As soon as you sign and return it, you will have entered into a binding contract. Offley Memorials Limited does not accept responsibility for any errors or omissions in the details you have signed for as correct. You are responsible for checking the details of the Specification and the wording of the inscription carefully. Particular care should be taken in the spelling of names and the accuracy of dates.
If you notice that you have made an error after signing, at the discretion of Offley Memorials Ltd, we will do our best to implement changes if work has not commenced.
You will be invoiced for the balance once your memorial is in situ. Full payment will be required within 14 days of this invoice.
