Payment

Where any part of the Order Fee remains outstanding, Offley Memorials Limited reserves

the right to remove all, or part of, any memorial and place it in storage. Once payment in full is received (plus a re-fixing fee), the memorial shall be re-fixed. 

Title of goods does not pass from Offley Memorials Limited until full and final settlement of the Order Fee has been made.
