Offley Memorials Limited reserve the right to use photographs of any memorial

supplied for the purpose of advertising and inclusion in brochures, on the website or

on Social Media sites. If you are not happy for an image of your memorial to be

used, you must let us know in writing on your signed Specification.

Except for our affiliates, employees or representatives, a person who is not a

party to the Contract has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act

1999 to enforce any term of the Contract.

The Contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.

 

Offley Memorials Limited work in association with Ann Prutton (Counsellor) and Claire Nellis (Heaven Flowers) but cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise should you chose to take up their services. Any disputes are strictly between yourself and the two independent service providers.
