If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the memorial, you must notify Offley

Memorials Limited in writing within 21 days of erection of the memorial at the

following address: Offley Memorials Ltd, Luton Whitehill, Offley, Hitchin, Herts, SG5 3DL.

Unless a notice is received by Offley Memorials Limited within this period then

Offley Memorials Limited shall have no liability to you.
