Cancellation

If the memorial has been prepared to your own Specification, once you have signed the order form, agreed on the Specification and returned it to Offley Memorials Limited, along with your deposits, you will not be entitled to cancel the Contract.

 

If the Burial Authority refuses permission for the memorial to be erected on grounds which could not be contemplated by either party when entering into the contract, Offley Memorials Limited agrees to refund to you all monies received and neither party shall have any further claim on the other.
